Shipping Information

Track Your Shipment

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a “Tracking Number” link in it. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to appear in the online tracking systems. If you have not received a connote / tracking number once your order has been invoiced, please contact us at proshop@cableswakepark.com.au.

Receiving Your Shipment

It is important to give a delivery address where someone is present to sign and receive your goods as we do not ship to PO Boxes. Most couriers will not leave your parcel if the delivery address is unattended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will often vary depending on the items you have ordered, the quantity you have ordered, stock availability, public holiday interruptions, and so on. Presuming that your order can be fulfilled immediately (i.e. product is in stock in our warehouse and doesn’t need to be backordered with the supplier) then you can expect your goods to shipped within two business days. Once shipped your order will take between one and seven business days to arrive depending on your location.

Things to Consider
