Pre Orders

All products available for Pre-Order are indicated with “Pre-Order” in the product name on our website. To place a Pre-Order, simply add the product to your cart and check out, the same as placing a normal order. The estimated arrival date is also outlined on the product. Please keep in mind that this arrival date is an estimate, and is subject to change

After you have placed a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation the same as you would ordering a product in stock. Once the item arrives in store it will be posted to you within 2-3 business days, unless instore pick up was selected . A confirmation email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and the estimate arrival date at your door.

The estimated delivery date is outlined on most products which are available for pre-order. Unfortunately this date is an estimate, and is subject to delays. In the circumstance that the product you ordered is delayed, one of our staff will contact you to update you on the status of your Pre-Order. If the item you ordered is delayed past the estimated due date the below will apply:

• Option to wait for pre-order
• Over 14 days a store credit will be issued
• 30 days a full refund will be issued
