Aqua Park Grip Socks

Your safety comes first! To keep the fun safe and slip-free on our inflatable attractions, Cables Aqua Park Grip socks are MANDATORY for all participants. Designed with extra grip and comfort, they help make every bounce, slide, and leap even more enjoyable.

Only Cables Aqua Grip socks are permitted on the course. They’re reusable too, so be sure to bring them back for your next visit! Socks are available online or at the counter for just $5 a pair.

Age Requirements:

Children aged 3 years – 5 years may participate in the KIDS’ COVE Aqua Park ONLY but must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at a 1:2 supervision ratio, who assumes responsibility at all times.
Children aged 6 years and over may use the main Aqua Park independently.
Children aged 2 years and under are not permitted to use either of the Aqua Parks.
All participants must be able to swim unaided.
Cable Park (wakeboarding and knee-boarding) minimum age: 10 years.

GRIP SOCKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
ALL participants MUST sign the online waiver. A Parent / Guardian will need to sign on behalf of minors.
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions which is a requirement prior to purchasing your tickets and signing the waiver.

Outside food is permitted; however, commercially prepared food from external vendors (including, but not limited to, McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s Pizza, etc.) is not permitted within the Park. Entry may be refused if such items are brought onsite.
Unfortunately, we are unable to store personal food items, including cakes and platters, in our refrigerators or freezers. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring an Esky for temperature-sensitive items.

KIDS PARTIES FAQ’S

How far advance should I book my kids’ birthday party at Cables Wake Park?

To ensure you don’t miss the party date and time you prefer we suggest you book as early as possible. Dates and times do sell out and you do not want to miss out! Birthday parties will block off online 7 days prior to the event date. For last minute kids’ parties please feel free to call us directly.

What if i am unsure on number of guests attending?

If you are unsure on numbers, don’t stress!

We suggest you book for the maximum number of guests you think may attend so you do not miss out on tickets available. These numbers can change up until 7 days prior to the booking date.

How does payment work?

We require a deposit of $150 to book your birthday party, with the remaining balance being paid 7 working days prior to your booking.

Can I add extra party guests after I make my kids’ birthday party booking?

Of course you can! If you need to add guests to your party please email or log into your online account. Please note, this will be down to availability.

To edit your booking, follow the steps below.

See the tab ” My Bookings” at the top of the page (on a desktop) or click the little man icon on a mobile device.
You can log into your online account and navigate to My tickets.
Under the booking, select Edit booking.

We can not add guests to the party on the day of the booking.

Can i manage my own booking?

Yes you can, although this feature will cut off 7 days prior to the event.

To reschedule the date and time of a booking, follow the steps below.

See the tab ” My Bookings” at the top of the page (on a desktop) or click the little man icon on a mobile device.
You can log into your online account and navigate to My tickets.
Under the booking, select Edit booking.
To reschedule a booking, select Re-schedule and choose a new date and time. Then select Re-schedule again to confirm the change.
The updated booking will now display in your online account.
